Eligibility for Returns
To return an item, it must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at info@jperfumes.com to start the return process.
- Send Your Return: Once we approve your request, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please send your item to: Karachi 00000, Pakistan. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damages and Issues
Check your order as soon as you receive it. If there’s a defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure about an item, contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
To get a different item, return the original one and place a new order separately after we process the return.
Refunds
Once we get your return and inspect it, if followed Refund and Returns Policy we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it might take a bit longer for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
